Step-by-Step Return Process

Email support@canmama.com with your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return. Include photos if the item is damaged.

Receive Return Authorization
Our team will review your request within 12–24 hours and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Item Securely
Place the item in its original packaging with all accessories, tags, and documentation. Write your RMA number on the outside of the package.

Ship the Package
Send the package to the return address provided in your RMA email. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Item Inspection
Once received, our team will inspect the item within 2–3 business days to confirm it meets return eligibility criteria.

Upon approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

International Orders
- International customers are eligible for the same 25–30 day return window
- Return shipping costs for international orders are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective
- Customs duties and import taxes paid are non-refundable
- We recommend using a tracked international shipping service
- Refunds for international orders may take up to 15 business days due to banking processing times
