1. How long does shipping take?

A: Orders are processed within 1–4 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 7–14 business days (USA) depending on your location and carrier service.


2. Do you provide order tracking?

A: Yes. Every order includes tracking. Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and shipping updates.


3. What is your return and refund policy?

A: We offer a 25–30 day return and refund policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

4. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

A: Yes. You may cancel your order within 1 hour of purchase.
After 1 hour, the order may already be processed or shipped, and cancellation may not be possible.

6. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

A: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at support@canmama.com.
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
