Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
To receive an exchange as quickly as possible, we recommend returning your item first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, without providing a reason.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
